Loan Requirements

In order to process and approve your application, you will be asked to provide the following*:

Fix & Flip
Rental
Cash-out
Transactional

Application Form

Property photos (interior & exterior)

ARV & sold comps

Appraisal or BPO

Rehab budget & detailed estimates

Rehab timeline

Project budget (holding, closing, selling costs, etc.)

Inspection report

Title report

Rental comps

Rental operating expenses (insurance, taxes, etc.)

Refinancing mortgage lender's contact info

Collateral equal to loan amount

Minimum FICO score of 650

Once approved, the following will be required*:

1st position lien in the amount of the loan

Proof of insurance with Green Block Inc. listed as a named insured

Title insurance

Documentation fee

Ongoing proof of property tax payments

Proof of Certificate of Occupancy and/or Rental Certification (where required)
